HAPPY VALINTINES DAY

This past tuesday we went on exchanges. So an english Elder, Elder Zimmerman, came into our area and was my companion for a day. He's about 3 weeks in his mission and he doesn't speak any spanish. So basically I was solo. I mean I had fun with him and we talked a lot, but when it came to teaching and talking to people he couldn't do much. It was pretty cool for me to see how far I have come since my first 3 weeks. I know that the Gift of Tounges is real! My spanish isn't perfect by all means, but I know that everything I am able to say and understand is thanks to God.
I'm learning a lot with Elder Taufa. We have been companions for a while so we're getting to know each other very well. One of my weaknesses has always been communication. I'm learning how important it is to talk! haha

Maria is still doing good. We met with her twice this week and she feed us some really good tacos. We had some good lessons and talked a lot about baptism. She still thinks that she needs to learn more before she will be ready. It is natural to want to understand everything before making a big decision, but sometimes we have to exercise our faith. If you recieve a witness from God, you don't need anymore information. That is why I'm here in Altlanta Georgia right now! Becuase I have recieved a witness from God that The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints is the restored church of Jesus Christ! Whatever else comes or whatever I'm asked to do (be baptized, serve a mission in the ATL) I will do it because I have that testimony that can't be taken away.

Happy early Valentines Day!
